9th Circuit Says Pro-Family Advocacy is Hate Speech

From WorldNetDaily.com:

A ruling from the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has concluded that municipal employers have the right to censor the words "natural family," "marriage" and "family values" because that is hate speech and could scare workers.

As one who has been seriously considering the view of those like Robert Bork, that the First Amendment should only protect political speech and leave the rest to the democratic laboratories of the states, this is making me seriously reconsider. I mean, nothing this stupid could be constitutional, could it?
