LA County Housing Authority Loses Subsidies Due to "Poor Management"

US Department of Housing and Urban Development cut LA's funding since it didn't distribute its vouchers in 2006. This means that lots of lower income development won't happen.

County Housing Authority executive director Carlos Jackson blamed the problems on a poor management structure that created a bottleneck, with employees unable to process requests for subsidies efficiently.
"Carlos said what?!" retorted Poor Management Structure. "He's always blaming stuff on me. He thinks that just because I'm an abstract concept he can get away with it. If he's not careful I'm going to get fired. Then who's he going to blame his problems on?"
