Justice Blackmun's Rating of Oral Advocacy

Justice Blackmun routinely rated the skills of oral advocates who spoke before the Supreme Court. Here is an article describing his calculus and some of the advocates to which it was applied--including presently sitting Justices Roberts, Alito, and Ginsburg (they received mediocre scores!)
